These terms govern your access to and use of NovoPT(the “Service”) during its beta testing period. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Beta software

NovoPTis provided as pre-release, beta software for evaluation purposes only. It is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and data may be reset or lost during testing.

2. No protected health information

The Service is not HIPAA compliant and is not approved for clinical use. You agree not to enter real patient data or protected health information (PHI). Use only fictitious test data while evaluating the Service.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorized to access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovoPT and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the beta Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
